3. Using your left hand twist attacker¡¦s left hand to the left, locking the wrist remove his hand from your head. At the same time move your right hand/wrist to the attackers left elbow sinking your weight lock the right elbow.
4. While kneeling down on your left knee place the attacker¡¦s left hand on your right shoulder. Then move your left hand down to the attacker¡¦s left elbow where your right hand is placed on the attacker¡¦s left elbow. Lean your left shoulder into the attacker¡¦s left wrist while pulling the elbow into the body.
Key points:
A. The movement with your head should be in a circular motion and needs to be done simultaneously with stepping to the left.
B. You must maintain pressure between your head and the attacker¡¦s hand through step three.
C. Note in number four that you have to the shoulder pressure and pushing out on the wrist and pulling the elbow in. This effectively increases the force of the pressure on the wrist and elbow. Commonly known as doubling the force or plus plus pressure.
